A Berlin cabaret in the twenties: a slightly perverted diva tosses off one Kurt Weill box-office hit after another and, fickle as she is, lets her thoughts wander to the Paris of Eric Satie... A shabby, three-headed tin little band offers a pithy response. The latest Stravinsky pieces sound as if they were picked up from the street: little waltzes, tangos, ragtimes, ... sorry?
The concert lasts 65 minutes without a break.
